Some of you may want my bio and some of you may want to learn about my fitness journey.  My guess is that you want to find out about me, about what struggles I had with finding the time to exercise while having a small child and juggling work at home and work outside the home.  Let me start with my story.

My story:

I am a Mom with a young very active 4 year old son and a baby.  Before having my first child, I was very active, teaching fitness classes and very consistently using the gym, running, and bike riding.  After having my baby boy, I brought him to the gym and attempted to live a similar life, with baby in tow.   At various points, the gym daycare or babysitting wasn’t agreeing with him.  And I saw that the gym was taking a lot of my precious time that we could otherwise go to an activity for toddlers.  Between the commute, arriving a little early for class, socializing and more, it just took a lot of time to workout at the gym.

Finally, I made a commitment to exercise at home in April 2010.  It totally changed my life to exercise at home!  After only 6 weeks of doing Turbo Fire, I was showing better results that the hours I spent at the gym!  I only spent an hour or less at home!  And I had plenty of energy and time left for toddler and children’s activities.  I have adopted this new lifestyle and I’m totally committed to keeping home fitness in my life and our life as a family.  It is the perfect balance!

Another balancing act came in the form of earning money… We all want to earn a good income, get used to it and want more of it.   I felt the pain of juggling daycare, preschool, and asking friend’s favors so that I can go someplace to work and earn money.  This became too much work to give my son to someone else!  Just made no sense!

Finally, another way to make money is from home, work at home, earn at home, and ultimately, be professional at home.  I am so grateful that there is a great opportunity to work from home with Beachbody, sharing with my friends and you how these products work and change lives, not only physically, but in so many other ways.

When you set the example of living a flexible and balanced life along with enjoying the benefits of a healthy body, people take notice.  And you feel great!  Feel great physically, mentally, more time for spirituality and family and friends.  Hey, if it’s something you want to do, to earn from home, check it out. Here’s my more professional info. Not everyone has this kind of bio as a Beachbody coach, but this is good to know if you are considering personal training with me.

Your coach and trainer has a true passion for fitness and coaching any method possible that will bring YOU to a better fitness level.  I have coached and trained many clients, from young to older and all ages in between, both genders, post rehab, weight loss, sedentary and athletic.  I enjoy being part of their lifestyle change.

I offer a customized approach to your health and fitness goals.  My programs include: Fitness Coaching, Intuitive Eating or Undieting coaching, personal in home training, seminars, and teleclasses.  All coaching or training programs start with an in-depth interview so that I learn all your fitness needs in order to  best help you.  I make sure you are doing it right and dispel fitness myths that sabotage your efforts.

Completed an 18 week course on Fitness by Phone® coaching and helped many people achieve a fit lifestyle, even while being busy.  Completed an 8 week course on Intuitive Eating – Undieting and taught lifestyle eating to many people.

With a huge passion for fitness and enjoying all that the world has to offer – it’s contagious!   I practice what I preach – avid runner, cyclist, practice yoga regularly, hike, travel, and relax too!

I can so identify with the juggling act of sticking to a fitness regime and children’s activities. There’s all-important sleep to fit in as well of course!

Yes, it’s a daily juggle but if it’s important, we find the time and hopefully sleep also!

This is a good introduction about yourself. You have inspired me. I am also a mom but sometimes I was not able to manage my time on work and on my family. My daughter sometimes cries and says she really misses me. I felt so guilty.

Nice introduction. It can be really hard to juggle everything. I have started working out more at home and I do have a home business as well, which probably put some of this weight on by sitting in front of the computer too long.

So far, a few pounds lost, so I am on the right track.
